We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12 PM on the same day, and the vast majority are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically arrives within 2–3 working days. If you choose the Tracked 24 upgrade at checkout, you can expect your parcel even faster — usually the next working day. For international orders, delivery times vary by country but are always fully tracked and reliable.
Creating an account is easy! Simply click on the “My Account” button at the top of the page, and follow the prompts to enter your details. You can also sign up quickly using your Google account for added convenience. Once registered, you’ll be able to track orders, save your information for faster checkouts, and enjoy exclusive offers!
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, just get in touch with us as soon as possible — we can update the address for you. If your order has already been shipped but not yet delivered, contact us within 1 day and we’ll do our best to reroute the parcel. While we can’t guarantee changes once an item is in transit, we’ll always try to help where we can.

Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in the same condition it was sent. If there’s any issue with your order, please contact us first — we’re always happy to help and resolve things quickly. While we don’t offer direct exchanges, you’re welcome to return an item for a refund and place a new order. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty or not as described.
