Item is old and used and in good condition. There is wear and marks on the item. The mouthpiece has something rattling round inside. It has a very long modern black audio cable. The cable to the mouthpiece is stained and has been repaired at the top. The dial label is present. The base is intact and all four rubber “feet” are present. There are marks and wear on the base and it has been stamped and painted with initials.
