Change of Mind Returns – 14 days
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if you’ve changed your mind about an item.
To be eligible:
- The item must be returned in the same condition it was sent in.
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was damaged or not as described.
Damaged or Incorrect Items – 30 days
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly not as described:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.
- We will offer a full refund or replacement (where available).
- In most cases, we will cover return shipping or offer alternative solutions if a return isn’t practical.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at admin@edeltashop.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return
- The reason for the return
We will provide you with instructions and a return address.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
