Whether you’ve picked up a single trading card or a bundle of vintage treasures, we handle every order with care and attention.


Dispatch Times

  • Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 12 PM (UK time).
  • Orders placed after 12 PM will usually go out the next working day.
  • We don’t dispatch on weekends or bank holidays.

Delivery Services

  • Tracked 48 (Royal Mail) is our default service for most parcels.
  • Upgrade to Tracked 24 is available at checkout for faster delivery.
  • Items sent as Large Letter or Letter are only tracked if the total value is over £20, but they include proof of delivery.
  • We use Royal Mail for around 90% of shipments and Parcelforce for larger or heavier items.

We believe in reusing packaging materials wherever possible to reduce waste. You may receive your item in a repurposed box or envelope—but rest assured, it’s chosen carefully to keep your order well-protected.

When we do use new packaging, we strive to make it as eco-friendly as possible. This includes:

  • FSC® certified paper and cardboard packaging
  • Biodegradable mailing bags
  • Recycled and recyclable bubble wrap
  • Eco-conscious fillers and tape where available

Our goal is to deliver your item safely while keeping our environmental impact low.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please give it a few extra days, as delays can occasionally happen.
If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us—we’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
